I became a therapist because I was fascinated by the evergreen question of whether people can change. Through my personal experience in therapy and witnessing the growth of my clients, I not only believe that change is possible, but that we have an innate capacity for healing. I have seen how our relationships transform us: from the intimate one-on-one to the collective efforts to build a world where everyone has what they need to thrive. My role as a therapist and organizer is to help facilitate this transformation.

I am moved by the creative ways my clients reclaim pleasure, freedom, and power in their lives.

I work with a wide variety of clients and specialize on those experiencing loss, working to repair relationships, heal wounds of trauma and incarceration, or redistribute their inherited wealth. People may come to me anxious and exhausted from feeling trapped in old ways of reacting. Our work will focus on building up a sense of well-being, creating more tolerance for distress, and moving away from isolation or grasping and towards true connection.

"We commit to our own healing in part because the realization of what we are dreaming of rests on it. It is our responsibility to one another to do our internal work, not so that we feel good alone, but to stay an active part of the whole and to refuse to pass down to the next generation what pain we've accrued."
